What we say: On opening the application I was presented with 40 different templates. By scrolling through these I found the one that I liked and started working with it. With its menu structure and property settings it was easy to setup my first menu system. From its interface I could change the properties and immediately see them using the default browser immediately. To see cross browser compatibility I just added Firefox to the list and then view in the browser.

Publishing to the site was easy. I chose the create a JavaScript include file, by using the publish wizard. This led me through a steps to create my menu files and images in the directory of my choice. All I had to do is then copy and paste the <script> tags into my web site and ftp the JavaScript files and new pages to my site. All in under 1 hour.

Its design is clean, intuitive and very easy to pick up. It took me an hour to create and publish my new navigation system to my site. It took me a bit of trial and error to get the menu how I wanted it, but that is the fun of it. It has got a help file included, but once again I didn't use it - its like reading the instructions on a DVD player - who does that. The good thing about Ultra Menu was that I didn't need the help file - the interface is that clean and good, no help was necessary.
